Wolf Brewery Bottled Beers

Wolf Brewery Bottled BeersWe have teamed up with the Wolf Brewery in Attleborough and now offer their fantastic range of bottled beers in the restaurant.

'Coyote' - A full-bodied premium straw coloured ale. Complex but well balanced mix of hops and malt.

'Wolf Whistle' - A deep red beer, extremely smooth with a lightly hopped, distinctly malty flavour with citrus overtones.

'Lavender Honey' - Honey from The Norfolk Lavender Company is added during the brewing process to give this beer a delicate yet more-ish flavour.

'Straw Dog' - Pale and refreshing, this clear wheat beer is brewed in the German style. Soft German hops added to the brew give a wonderful aroma and slightly sweet taste.

'Hero' - A smooth, crisp copper coloured ale fading to a pleasantly sweet after taste all sales donate 10p to the Royal Anglian Regiment Benevolent Fund.

New Wines List

Norfolk Smoked Salmon

Smoked Salmon StarterOur smoked Salmon Starter has been a real hit in the Restaurant since we introduced it to the menu in January.

The finest Scottish Salmon fillet is slow smoked locally in Norfolk over oak chippings giving an amazingly delicate flavour and a texture which just melts in the mouth.

A generous portion is combined with seasonal salad leaves and a freshy poached free range egg together with a walnut and balsamic vinegar dressing to produce a truly great starter.
